Jacinto City Dog Pound Rescue

Updated: Apr 24

Our Matthew loved animals and occasionally volunteered for the La Porte animal shelter. It is only fitting that we give back to organizations that protect these sweet babies.

Jacinto City Dog Pound Rescue Is a 501c3 Non-profit organization whose effort is to continue to save lives from the Jacinto City Dog Pound that will be euthanized if they don’t take them.

For over 11 years, they have prevented the city from euthanizing for lack of kennel Space. 🎉

They remove the dogs & send them to the vet and then they’ll stay in Boarding until they are adopted or they find Rescue partners that transport them out of state. .

Unfortunately, they only have a couple of fosters so they depend on paid Boarding to keep the dogs safe after they are fully vetted and Adoption ready.

They pay $20 a day per dog and their monthly bill is always astronomical.

Donations are the only way that they can continue their mission.
