Why I'm a Wreather
 

The world is a crazy place these days and there needs to be something good that brings the community together.  As a Wreather I am working to do my part to bring our community together to honor our veterans, by raising money for Wreaths Across America-Houston.  

The idea is simple, to place a live Maine wreath on every one of the 100,000+ veteran gravesites at the Houston National Cemetery.  Honoring men and women who gave so much for their country and asked for so little in return is a humbling experience. 

How many charities can you donate to and see in person where your money goes and the direct impact it has on the community?  With Wreaths Across America-Houston you can do just that. 

Wreaths are only $17 each and are fully tax deductible.  I encourage you to come out in December and help us place them on the gravesites so you can see what your donation can do.

With your help, we can honor all of our veterans...One wreath at a time.

One of the greatest fears of veterans is that they will be forgotten.  With every wreath placed, the Wreaths Across America-Houston project makes sure that never happens.

We do not support or oppose any political candidate running for public office nor take a position on any political controversy, public or private. Federal regulations prohibit organizations like Private First-Class Matthew K. Guyon Foundation from using any staff time or resources for partisan political purposes.
