Inaugural Healing Field® Dedication Ceremony

We chose to bring the Healing Field to La Porte to create a stirring reminder of our service members that are no longer here. Each US flag represents an individual and tells a story. The stars & stripes remind us of who we are as a people. Americans meet the challenges of history and overcome hardships becoming stronger. That is just who we are. The United States flag represents our solidarity in creating a brighter tomorrow and uniting us all.

We genuinely want to thank each person who sponsored a flag in honor of their loved one. We also want to give recognition to our corporate sponsors, Pipefitters Local Union 211, Beacon Federal Credit Union, and Houston Gulf Coast Building and Construction Trades Council. Without your sponsorships, this gift to the community would not be possible.
