Celebrating the Power of Education in La Porte! 🧡📚
Today, I had the privilege of joining the La Porte Education Foundation’s Dollar Patrol as they visited several La Porte ISD campuses to award grants to deserving teachers!
The excitement of seeing these grants presented and learning how they will help bring creative ideas and new opportunities into local classrooms was truly special. These grants represent an investment in our teachers, our students, and the future of our community.
This year, the La Porte Education Foundation is funding an incredible 132 grants totaling $150,012.95! What an amazing accomplishment and a testament to the generosity and commitment of those who believe in supporting education.
A huge congratulations to the La Porte Education Foundation for the work they do to support La Porte ISD educators and students. It was an honor to participate in the Dollar Patrol and witness firsthand the difference this organization makes in our community! 🧡
